Minna George MA
Minna is a celebrated British artist renowned for her innovative blend of traditional and contemporary techniques. With a distinguished academic background, including degrees from Chelsea College of Art and Design and Kingston University, she has amassed a prolific career spanning over two decades. Her work has captivated audiences worldwide through numerous sold-out exhibitions and placements in over 100 shows.
Minna's signature style infuses landscapes with a vibrant, contemporary energy. By layering sketches, prints, and paint, she creates mesmerising works that capture the essence of a single moment. Her use of high-gloss plexiglass adds depth and dimension, inviting viewers into a world of unparalleled visual richness.
Beyond her artistic practice, Minna is a dedicated mentor with a proven track record of nurturing young talent. Her 1:1 coaching has helped students secure prestigious art scholarships at Ivy League institutions. This unique opportunity provides aspiring artists with expert guidance, personalised instruction, and invaluable portfolio development.

The Application Process
We invite passionate young artists from Year 2 primary schools, aged 7-10, to apply for a place at EDEN Fine Art under the mentorship of Minna George, MA. If your child has a genuine love for art and a desire to grow their creative talents, this is an exceptional opportunity.
To apply, students are encouraged to submit their favourite artwork, which will be carefully reviewed as part of our selection process. Those who are shortlisted will be invited for an informal chat, where they will have the chance to discuss their artistic interests, meet their mentor, and explore her artwork up close.
During this meeting, we'll also outline the itinerary for Term 1, highlighting the commitment needed to deepen their understanding and language of the arts. A strong portfolio and a dedication to artistic growth will be key components of their journey with us.
The course will consist of a maximum of 5 children carefully selected by Minna with a clear understanding of their artistic goals.Â
Candidates will need to provide the following:
- A 2 paragraph cover letter explaining what art means to them and why they would like to be selected
- 2-5 pieces of artwork they have produced unaided by another, and the rationale behind each pieceÂ

Fees and Additional Costs
Student Fees £1’084 per term
Students will be in session for 2 hours x 2 classes per week Â
First 6 weeks art materials are provided, thereafter an art basket upon students chosen pathway- this is an additional cost
All students will be provided with an art journal, to work on independentlyÂ
2 museum/gallery visit per term
Light snacks are provided per session (sandwich, drink and fruit)

Kids EDEN Camp is located in the heart of Clapham Junction. Fresh Ground, Church of the Nazarene is a community hub lead by Pastor Jason Nike. You will not find a friendlier home to pay host to our campers. Their spacious halls hold a range of classes throughout the week, from yoga and pilates, to dance and drama, classes for babies, children and adults.

Our doors are open from 8:40am to 08:55am for Registration.
Depending on the time of the year, the doors will be closed between 4:00pm - 5:00pm as the cafe is closed.  We kindly ask that you call us upon arrival to gain entry.
